Kea Island, of the Cycladic Complex in Greece is probably one of the few well kept secrets that make this island mysterious!
Also known as Tzia, this island offers unique sandy beaches, natural oak paths waiting to be discovered, astonishing history accompanied with amazing monuments and museums, and last but now least delicious traditional dishes based on the one of a kind Mediterranean cuisine!
On the day of your tour, we will meet you at your hotel based in Athens and have all transportation to and from the island arranged for you!
Once we arrive you will be escorted to Ioulis and have the opportunity to discover the picturesque capital of the island with the red tiled architecture and arched passages by shopping and having breakfast if you wish.
As soon as you are ready our tour will begin: we will visit the islands landmark, the Lion, and then continue to the Archaeological museum (optional) or the remainder of the Venetian Castle. Next on our itinerary will be an idyllic monastery that offers panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, followed by a trip to a sandy beach where you will be able to swim or enjoy your lunch.
As the day will be turning to an end you can either stay at the beach a little bit longer for some sunbathing and cocktails or visit a local acorn farm for some wine tasting while learning all about the local production.
