The Monastery luxury villa in Paros is truly one of a kind. This architectural and cultural landmark was initially built as a monastery in the 17th Century. It has been artfully renovated to offer a high end accommodation experience complete with all modern amenities.

It boasts 2 infinity swimming pools, an open air hydro massage-Jacuzzi, and direct uninterrupted and breath-taking sea views from most of its 600sqm interior and 6000sqm exterior spaces. The 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom villa can host up to 12 people and this makes it ideal for one or a few families, as well as large groups of friends. ​

The villa offers remarkable views over the town of Parikia and across the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea and the ‘Portes’ reefs, the famous landmark of the island of Paros. Its location allows one to appreciate full peace and serenity and enjoy the busy Parikia town life only if and when they choose so.

The Monastery Villa is one of the most extraordinary choices for vacationing in Paros in true extravagance and style. The owners have made a remarkable job preserving its most striking historical features, therefore the villa rightfully radiates mystery, elegance and charm to its fortunate guests.

Interior

The Monastery Villa estate interior spaces are spread over 600sqm. Its impeccable interior design is minimal, yet artfully combined with traditional, historic and ‘earthly’ features. This results in the creation of elegant and comforting spaces that also relate to the history and location of this remarkable dwelling.

The interior spaces consist of four independent accommodation units, the first of which has two en-suite master bedrooms, one restroom, a kitchen, a living room and a dining room. The bedrooms, the living room and the dining room all boast an astonishing view of the ‘Portes’ reefs, and the Aegean Sea.

Each of the remaining three smaller units is equipped with an en-suite master bedroom, and a living room. The villa has 7 bathrooms and 1 WC in total.

Last but not least, the villa boasts a double bedroom unit with an en-suite bathroom inside a cave at the back of the central building!

Therefore this adds to a total of 6 bedrooms, 5 double rooms and 1 triple room, all with their en-suite bathrooms, available for up to 12 guests in total.

Exterior

The vast 6000sqm exterior of the estate is also exceptionally designed. It includes a two-level infinity pool with superb views over Parikia and across the sea. In addition, the upper level of the swimming pool has a hydro-massage/Jacuzzi unit installed.

The amplitude of the open spaces available and the wide number of exceptional facilities offered creates unlimited opportunities for enjoyment. Gatherings of 20-30 people could easily be accommodated. This also enables the hosting of receptions and other social events, among other things.

Whereabouts

The surrounding area of the Monastery luxury Villa in Paros consists of rocky fields and native vegetation. The immaculate views of the Aegean Sea, the sun and the moon from the villa, all combined with the soothing summer breeze, will totally indulge you.

Access

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of the Monastery Villa during their stay.

This includes the large patio, the Jacuzzi, the garden and the 2 infinity pools.

Host Availability

Choosing to spend your holidays here is all about enjoying your vacation. We will therefore welcome on check in and give you all the information you might need. If you need to ask about anything else throughout your stay, please do not hesitate to ask!

During your stay, a host will be available if and when needed. We appreciate privacy and discretion as well-sought ingredients for relaxing and memorable holidays.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement; as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• The Villa has been refurbished with care utilising the finest materials. Because of the unique nature of the Villa and its contents, we expect you to respect it accordingly. Thus, notify the owner if any damage occurs. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, any additional charges will be claimed.
• No parties, events or large gatherings permitted.
• Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor areas of the Villa.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: daily cleaning and cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
