Blue Oyster

Blue Oyster, located on Ambelas Beach, offers a wonderful array of fresh shellfish, including oysters, as the name suggests.

They bring a contemporary flair to traditional Greek cuisine, featuring standout dishes like their must-try beetroot risotto with truffle and orzo pasta.

Yemeni

Yemeni is a family-operated eatery nestled in the quaint, narrow lanes of Naoussa’s Old Town. 

Adorned with traditional décor, it has been delighting patrons with hearty homemade fare since 2007. Offering a delectable selection of steaks, meat dishes, and classic Greek cuisine like moussaka, Yemeni is renowned for its rustic culinary offerings. However, it’s important to note that the restaurant does not cater to large groups.

Deck Bar Restaurant

The culinary adventure begins at the Deck bar restaurant, where patrons are treated to an array of delectable dishes, and has earned it’s spot in my Paros fine dining guide.
